Packed with all your fave movies and the latest must-see shows, Disney+ is one of the many entertainment services available through Flex and Virgin TV 360. You can even get it for less when you grab broadband with us.
How can I get Disney+ through Virgin Media?
If you’re a Virgin Media customer and haven’t got Disney+ yet, you can add it in My Virgin Media under the Entertainment services section.
If you’re a Flex customer, log in to My Virgin Media and click View package – from there, you can select Disney+ and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you’re new to Virgin Media, choose one of our broadband or TV bundles that include a Disney+ subscription, then:
Check availability in your area by entering your postcode when you’re asked
Select Customise your bundle, then pick one of the Disney+ offers to add it
From there, complete your order as normal
You’ll be sent an email with instructions on how to activate your account in My Virgin Media
If you’re already a Disney+ subscriber and have broadband or TV with us, simply log in to the app on your Virgin TV box.

How do I activate Disney+?
To activate your Disney+ plan, head to your My Virgin Media account and click the Activate button in the Entertainment services section under Disney+. If this button isn’t showing, you’ll need to call us on 0345 454 1111.
Got a Disney+ fixed-term offer? Make sure you activate the service within 14 days – otherwise, your offer will expire.
How will I be charged for Disney+ if I add it to my Virgin Media bill?
When you sign up to Disney+ through Virgin Media, you’ll be charged monthly – and you’ll see this charge on your monthly Virgin Media bill.
If you decide to unsubscribe from Disney+, the charge will be removed after your final monthly billing period. And if you have a fixed-term discount, any credits you’re owed will be added to your next bill after you cancel.
I already have a Disney+ account and want to pay for it through my Virgin Media bill. Can I transfer my account over?
You can easily get Disney+ through My Virgin Media – you just need to use the same Disney+ email address and password when activating your subscription.
If you’ve already got a subscription directly through Disney+, and you want to stay on the same tier or upgrade, your existing subscription with Disney+ will be automatically paused for as long as you have the service through My Virgin Media.
If you’d rather this didn’t happen, you’ll need to cancel your Disney+ subscription with them before activating it with us.
If you’ve already got a Disney+ subscription through a third party, it won’t be paused – so you’ll need to cancel it to avoid being charged twice.
If you find yourself being charged multiple times or unexpectedly, or if you’d like more info about your Disney+ payments, you can always contact Disney+.
Can I log in to an existing Disney+ account on the app on my TV box?
Yes – you can log in with your existing Disney+ account and keep paying your current provider monthly.

Disney+ FAQs
You’ll see the Disney+ charge in the Entertainment services section of your Virgin Media bill.
If you’ve registered for e-billing, you can see how much you’ve paid for Disney+ since your last bill under Entertainment services in My Virgin Media and the My Virgin Media app.
If you already have a Disney+ account that you signed up for directly through Disney+, and you want to keep it, you must activate your Disney+ subscription via Virgin Media using the same email address.
If you’ve already got a subscription directly through Disney+, and you want to stay on the same tier or upgrade, your existing subscription with Disney+ will be automatically paused for as long as you have the service through My Virgin Media.
If you’d rather this didn’t happen, you’ll need to cancel your Disney+ subscription with them before activating it with us.
Have a Disney+ subscription with another provider? You’ll need to contact them so you don’t end up paying twice.
And if you already have a Disney+ subscription with Virgin Media and want to take advantage of a fixed-term offer, your Disney+ account will continue with the plan you choose. Just so you know, you’ll need a Standard or Premium plan to nab any discounts.
When you pay for your Disney+ plan through your Virgin Media bill, you’ll need to make sure you’re all up to date with your payments to us.
If you aren’t, we’ll let Disney+ know there’s been a problem with your payment, and your Disney+ plan might be cancelled or suspended.
If this happens, you can resubscribe directly through Disney+ by adding a new payment method on file with them.
You’ll be able to use Disney+ until the end of the billing period you’ve paid for on your final Virgin Media bill.
You can manage your Disney+ subscription and view your bill through My Virgin Media – and you can cancel at any time. Here’s how:
Log into MyVM and select View under Entertainment Services’
From Entertainment Services select Manage on the Disney+ tile
From the pop-up choose Cancel Subscription
You’ll still be able to enjoy Disney+ until the end of your monthly billing period.
If you have a fixed-term discount, you’ll be able to cancel your subscription once this term ends. And if you cancel your offer, you won’t be able to reactivate it.
If you’d like to add Disney+ again or pause your cancellation, you can do this at the end of the monthly billing period by calling us on 0345 454 1111.
Don’t worry – you can easily reset them. Remember, these details are separate from your My Virgin Media username and password.

You’ll need to get in touch with Disney+ directly by visiting help.disneyplus.com or calling 020 3936 2903.
Make sure you’ve got your Disney+ ID handy – you’ll find this in My Virgin Media. Just log in to your account, select Entertainment services and then Disney+ ID on the Disney+ tile.

You must be and remain at all times a Virgin Media cable customer to pay for Disney+ through your Virgin Media bill. Virgin TV subscription and compatible Virgin TV box required to watch Disney+ on your TV or on any compatible devices. Your use of the Disney+ service is subject to Disney+ Terms and Conditions. Contract for your Disney+ services remains with Disney+ at all times. To add your Disney+ charges to your Virgin Media bill, you must sign up to Disney+ via Flex or 360. By choosing to add Disney+ to your Virgin Media bill, you agree that Virgin Media (including through our agent Virgin Media Payments Ltd) is entitled to bill you for your monthly Disney+ subscription charges, which you agree to pay in full and when they become due in accordance with the payment terms of your Virgin Media Cable services contract. We reserve the right to notify Disney+ that we refuse your Disney+ charge at any time, including if you fail to pay us any sums due (or are otherwise in breach of your Virgin Media cable services contract), in which case you will be required to set up an alternative method with Disney+ to prevent loss of their service. You will remain liable to pay Virgin Media for all charges already notified to Virgin Media by Disney+. If you want to remove Disney+ from your Virgin Media bill, you can do this at any time by accessing your Disney+ account and changing your payment method. If you leave Virgin Media cable services, we’ll be unable to accept future Disney+ charges on your account from your disconnection date. To prevent losing access to your Disney+ services, you will need to set up an alternative payment method with Disney+ at disneyplus.com. Further legal stuff applies.
