FAQs
It can take just 30 minutes to get your new home broadband without landline up and running. Our WiFi Hub simply plugs straight in, no special skills needed. If you choose the QuickStart self-installation option at checkout, you won’t even need to wait for an appointment with one of our engineers.
Broadband without landline deals offers these benefits:
- Cost – You only pay for the service you want to use and this can feel like you’re getting better value for money. Plus, there’s no line rental cost with any of our broadband without landline deals.
- Setup – It’s quicker and easier to get up and running with just one new service. Whereas our phone line can take an extra 5 minutes to get set up, our broadband deals without landline can give you that time back.
Broadband without a landline can be a great option if you decide you don’t need a home phone, for reasons such as these:
- You use your mobile phone for calls
- You live in an area with good mobile coverage
- Your broadband is fast enough to support video calling or voice calls online
- Your home security system doesn’t rely on a landline to link to the monitoring centre
- You’re not living with vulnerable people – Landlines are often more reliable for emergency calls as they can provide your accurate location to the emergency services.
Not necessarily. Sometimes our broadband and TV deals can work out cheaper than taking broadband without TV. Be sure to compare all our deals to check you’re taking the most affordable monthly price.
We also offer existing customer deals on broadband without phone, exclusively for those of you who are already with us. Why not see what you can get.
