Upgrade or choose a core TV package and add-ons
The first step to enjoying our TV services is to add a core TV package, then you can customise it with add-ons – whether it’s Sky Cinema, TNT Sports, or Kids. Each add-on works on a 30-day rolling contract and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
Get extra benefits with an O2 SIM
If your home has Virgin Media broadband and you don’t already have an O2 Pay Monthly plan, buy an O2 SIM online to get benefits like a broadband speed boost, double data, and more for every eligible O2 Pay Monthly plan in your home.
If you were a Virgin Mobile customer, you’ll now be on an equivalent O2 plan. While this means you might still be contracted with Virgin Mobile, your services are now provided by O2’s network. All these changes were automatic – and you would have been contacted about them 30 days before your move date.
