With BBC Sounds now available on Virgin TV, why not treat your ears to some of the best shows around?
By Virgin TV Edit
Listen up! The BBC Sounds app is now available through Virgin TV, which means you have a world of note-perfect entertainment waiting to be discovered – including live radio, specially curated playlists and loads of fascinating podcasts about pretty much everything.
With the new TV app, you’ll be able to choose to listen live to any of the BBC’s national radio stations or your local radio stations, or pick where you left off with your favourite podcast with the Continue Listening function.
It also offers up recommendations based on your listening habits and the ability to browse categories, whether you’re into true crime podcasts or you need something to make you laugh (vital at the moment!) in the Comedy category.
And for radio stations, when you’re listening to a live show, you’ll get the live track information – and the full tracklist if you’re listening to a mix. And if you want to listen to your favourite podcast for hours on end, the BBC Sounds TV app has a screensaver to avoid screen burn.
